One of the first things you notice in our environment is respect, freedom and trust. Our teachers always respect the children and trust them with the choices they make. Even if they don’t yield desired results, their confidence, love of learning and curiosity carries them through to try again. Our goal for the children is not to get a perfect result, instead, practice with the process.

In Nature

It is known that animals, plants, water and other aspects of the natural world delight children, develop curiosity and draw them in as learners. At GMS children are often outdoors working on self-guided projects. The rocks, logs, and sand create unstructured play and learning as opposed to conventional play equipment. Such an environment provides an opportunity for creative problem solving skills.

Music

Music plays a vital role in our holistic approach to education. At Garden Montessori Schools, students explore their creativity and self-expression through a diverse range of musical activities. From learning instruments to engaging in group performances, our music program fosters confidence, discipline, and a deep appreciation for the arts, enriching their overall learning experience.

Sports
